A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HSE Design Engineer to join their team. The candidate should have a strong background in technical safety design and fire protection systems, with 5-10 years of experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical sector. Key responsibilities include preparing HSE engineering deliverables, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD SmartPlant is required, and certification as a Fire Protection Specialist is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HSE / Technical Safety Design, preferably in oil & gas.
• Familiarity with HSE design codes and standards like NFPA and API.
• Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) or equivalent is an advantage.
