Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Accountant in the Food and Beverage sector is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Syrve including technical card creation and inventory management.
- Working knowledge of Zoho accounting software.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and review financial records related to F&B operations.
- Manage cost control, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate stock valuation.
- Utilize Syrve to understand technical cards, recipes, and inventory workflows.
- Maintain accounting records and financial reports using Zoho.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Coordinate with teams to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.
