We are a reputable automobile spare parts trading company based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, seeking a male Accounts Officer. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a large, reputable company with a turnover of at least AED 100 million.

• Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to the Finance Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Support during audits and tax preparations.
• Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
• Process accounts payable and receivable as required.
• Utilize database software to organize financial information.
• Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure payments.
• Ensure timely payments of company financial accounts.
• Conduct internal audits of financial activities.
• Review invoices and generate financial reports for regulatory review.
• Maintain and review financial records, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenditure and profits.
• Evaluate management systems, procedures, and risks, providing recommendations.
• Manage business accounts and prepare financial statements.

• A degree in accounting or related field.
• Previous experience as an Accounting Officer.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in management systems and MS Excel.
• Strong administration and interpersonal skills.
