Job Overview

We are partnering with a leading lifestyle brand to hire a Senior Accountant. The role will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with local and international standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial statements preparation, reconciliations, and internal controls. Prior exposure to the F&B industry is an advantage, particularly in managing accounting functions for multi-outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and accounting procedures to ensure operational integrity.
  • Review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants to support their professional development.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure all audit requirements are met.
  • Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and strengthen financial controls.
