Ontime Group is looking for a dedicated Accountant with auditing experience to join our finance team. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable and general ledger
• Perform internal audits to assess financial and operational controls
• Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions based on audit findings
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies and areas for improvement
• Assist in preparing for external audits and liaise with auditors as necessary
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and auditing standards

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience with a focus on auditing
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
• Experience with accounting software and financial management tools
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
