Job summary
A global leader in cancer diagnostics is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager for the Middle East, Turkey & Africa region. The successful candidate will drive strategic sales initiatives, manage forecasting and reporting, and ensure commercial excellence. Ideal applicants have a strong background in healthcare systems, IVD, or life sciences, with excellent communication and analytical skills. The role requires fluency in English and Arabic and the ability to travel across the region.

Pricing & Contract Management: Oversee contract documentation, manage large-scale projects, ensure financial compliance, and support audits.
Forecasting: Coordinate regional forecasting activities, prepare planning tools, and lead weekly forecast calls with Sales Managers.
Reporting: Deliver timely reports on orders, revenue, and KPIs, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Funnel & Marketing Support: Maintain SFDC dashboards, enhance forecasting tools, and conduct market size and share analysis.
Strategic Initiatives: Identify, execute, and monitor key business projects to enhance revenue growth and margin control.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional alignment in a matrix environment and communicate commercial strategies effectively.
Risk & Compliance: Evaluate contractual risks and ensure adherence to SOX and Danaher policies.
Industry Experience: Proven background in healthcare systems — ideally in IVD or life sciences solutions — with deep understanding of hospital and laboratory environments.
Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
Skills:
Strong commercial acumen with expertise in SAP, BW, Excel, and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Capable of working effectively in remote, multicultural teams.
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
Mobility: Willing to travel across the Middle East and Europe as required.
