Assistant – Sales Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and issuing Sales Offers and Confirmations.
- Support execution of trade contracts and ensure performance as per agreed terms.
- Coordinate with sourcing and shipping teams on vessel schedules, laycans, and loading plans.
- Track and update shipment progress, ensuring all documentation is in order.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Assist in preparing documents under Letter of Credit (LC) and Cash Against Documents (CAD) terms in line with UCP600 compliance.
- Follow up with clients and banks to ensure timely payment realization.
- Maintain the Outstanding Payments List (O/S) and internal operational trackers.
- Support digital record keeping and collaborative workflows using G-Suite tools.

Education
- Graduate degree in Mathematics, Science, Finance, Business, or International Trade.
- Specialization in International Business, Sales & Marketing, or Commodity Trading preferred.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, trade operations, or export-import.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and learning aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Familiar with Slack, Notion, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
Language Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Foreign language skills (Russian, Greek, or German) will be an advantage.
