Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, trade operations, or export-import.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and issuing Sales Offers and Confirmations.
  • Support execution of trade contracts and ensure performance as per agreed terms.
  • Coordinate with sourcing and shipping teams on vessel schedules, laycans, and loading plans.
  • Track and update shipment progress, ensuring all documentation is in order.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents — invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
  • Assist in preparing documents under Letter of Credit (LC) and Cash Against Documents (CAD) terms.
  • Maintain the Outstanding Payments List (O/S) and internal operational trackers.
  • Support digital record keeping and collaborative workflows using G-Suite tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and issuing Sales Offers and Confirmations.
  • Support execution of trade contracts and ensure performance as per agreed terms.
  • Coordinate with sourcing and shipping teams on vessel schedules, laycans, and loading plans.

  • Follow up with clients and banks to ensure timely payment realization.
  • Maintain the Outstanding Payments List (O/S) and internal operational trackers.
  • Support digital record keeping and collaborative workflows using G-Suite tools.

Education
  • Graduate degree in Mathematics, Science, Finance, Business, or International Trade.
  • Specialization in International Business, Sales & Marketing, or Commodity Trading preferred.
Experience

  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical and learning aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Familiar with Slack, Notion, and Adobe Acrobat preferred.
Language Skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Foreign language skills (Russian, Greek, or German) will be an advantage.
