Job Description
In this exciting role, you will:
Price Maintenance -
• Ensure price maintenance, implementation of price revisions, and data accuracy in the pricing systems.
• Maintain strict control to prevent any pricing leakages
• Provide support to the Customer Care team on pricing issues for SAP orders.
• Ensure compliance with the regional and global pricing guidelines.
Business Support -
• Manage constructive and proactive partnerships with all key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Technical, Operations and Customer Care) in the pricing process with a 'Pricing for Profitable Win Approach'.
• Periodically analyse gross margin, identify product cost issues, and address these with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Technical teams.
• Act as an integration between pricing and business teams by supporting price negotiations and quotations
• Support key customer agreements initiatives (growth/rebate programmes)
Global Pricing Activities-
• Support the implementation of global and regional pricing policies.
• Extend ideas and concepts from other regions that can be implemented in the region

Your professional profile includes:
• A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Finance, or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in pricing or business controlling in a B2B environment.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced excel skills is a must.
• Experience in direct customer interactions and managing stakeholders for pricing negotiations will be an asset.
• Knowledge or experience with SAP or any other ERP will be useful.
• A team player and comfortable with diversity.
