As the Advertising Design Intern, you will be responsible for producing clickable ad creatives and landing pages that generate user engagement and conversions. You will also be part of a team that brainstorms, designs, and tests new user experiences, design languages, messages, and ad formats.

In this role, you will :

• Design and create high-quality ad creative and landing pages
• Research clients, client ad campaigns, their underlying product, and their unique selling points, their brand, and brand guidelines
• Receive and apply feedback from stakeholders
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and share ideas with the team
• Create multiple design variants and work with programmers and campaign managers to deploy and measure the effectiveness of each variant
• Meet internal and external deadlines and appropriately manage client expectations
• Assist with tasks like photo retouching, cleaning image backgrounds, image sourcing and resizing
• Work on any other additional related projects assigned by the manager

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Solid understanding of visual design principles, including ideation, typography, color theory, layout and infographics.
• Experience in designing for web, digital platforms, and print media
• Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS layout structure
• Strong knowledge of industry standard design tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Exposure to multimedia tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro and Adobe InDesign
• Understanding of UI/UX design and digital design best practices
• Knowledge of developing marketing and advertising creatives across channels
• Prior client-side or commercial design experience is preferred, with examples of work
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
