• 3-5 years of experience in Acquisition Finance, Leveraged Finance, or M&A advisory.

• Ability to work under time pressure and on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Carry out analysis of industries and companies.
• Prepare and lead the financial model during projects.
• Support the preparation of pitch books for client meetings.

Skills

Accounting and corporate finance knowledge

Credit analysis and cashflow modelling

Experience creating clear, structured and compelling pitch materials

Good written and spoken English

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Education

A Bachelor's degree
