We are seeking a skilled and proactive MEP Technician to handle all mechanical electrical and plumbing maintenance and installation tasks in commercial residential or industrial projects. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of MEP systems and should be capable of independently executing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Perform installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues across HVAC, electrical circuits and water/plumbing systems.
- Interpret and understand technical drawings, layouts and schematics.
- Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance checks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain service reports and documentation for all completed work.
- Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to execute MEP works as per project timelines.
- Monitor usage of tools and materials and report shortages or damaged equipment.
- Assist in emergency repairs and attend to urgent service requests.
- Support inspections and quality checks as per regulatory and client standards.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing or equivalent technical field.
- Trade certification in MEP disciplines is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical panels, switchgear, fire alarm systems and plumbing fixtures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations in MEP systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy for report documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
