Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and ensure optimal performance while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, ducting, and piping.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry codes, safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for energy efficiency.
• Handle refrigerant recovery, charging and leak detection in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports and inventory of spare parts.
• Coordinate with project engineers and other technical teams to ensure timely completion of work.
• Respond to emergency repair calls and ensure minimal downtime of systems.

Essential Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in HVAC Mechanical or related field.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in residential, commercial or industrial projects.
• Certification in HVAC maintenance and repair (preferred).
