We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Regional Events Executive to plan, execute, and manage high-impact events across the UAE and wider Middle East region. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless delivery of corporate, promotional, and client engagement events that elevate brand presence and support strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events from concept to completion
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to manage logistics and timelines
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost control and value optimization
- Develop event briefs, schedules, and production plans tailored to each market
- Ensure branding, signage, and messaging are consistent across all events
- Handle guest list management, registration processes, and on-site coordination
- Prepare post-event reports, capturing KPIs, feedback, and ROI analysis
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event objectives with campaigns
- Manage event-related communications, including invitations, agendas, and promotional content
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and cultural sensitivities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in planning and executing corporate or consumer events in the UAE or GCC
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience handling large-scale or high-profile events
- Ability to manage multiple events across different regions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of event management tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
