Job summary

The role requires managing HACCP systems, conducting audits, and providing training on hygiene practices. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in Food Science, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and possess HACCP certifications. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality Industry.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and regulations with the ability to conduct training and audits.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food provided is free from contamination and meets hygiene standards.
• Manage HACCP food safety data and communicate with management.
• Lead and conduct bi-monthly self-audits to ensure best practices.
