- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in estimating large civil works or complex building projects.
- Strong practical and theoretical knowledge in construction.

Responsibilities
- Ensure estimation procedures are followed and take responsibility for tender selection.
- Review tender documents and allocate tasks to subordinates.
- Respond to queries from clients and study project requirements.
- Liaise with departments for technical tenders.
- Finalize rate analysis in coordination with management.
- Prepare the preliminary project budget upon award.
