Job Description

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within UAE.

• Administrative tasks: maintaining the organization charts, coordinating recruitment activities, organizing crew meetings and team events, maintaining and updating employee registers, scheduling meetings, drafting memos/communications, greeting and assisting visitors/new employees warmly, etc.
• Project coordination tasks: preparing department weekly/monthly reports, developing and updating policy/plans/procedures/forms/process maps, preparing presentations, analyzing data and preparing associated reports, taking minutes of meetings and monitoring task progress as well as project progress, etc.
• The candidate shall handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
• Good command of Excel.
• Proficient with PowerPoint.
