Responsibilities

• Ensure estimation procedures are followed and take responsibility for tender selection.
• Review tender documents and allocate tasks to subordinates.
• Respond to queries from clients and study project requirements.
• Liaise with departments for technical tenders.
• Finalize rate analysis in coordination with management.
• Prepare the preliminary project budget upon award.
