Perfect Household Staff is delighted to introduce a fantastic opportunity for a professional, Russian-speaking Nanny to support a warm and welcoming family of four residing in the luxurious city of Dubai. The family includes a seven-year-old girl who requires a kind, patient, and nurturing nanny with a strong pedagogical background to guide her educational and personal development. Dubai offers an exceptional lifestyle with world-class facilities, parks, and family-friendly attractions, making it an excellent location for a professional nanny seeking a fulfilling long-term position.

Working as a nanny in a private family environment is both rewarding and inspiring. The ideal candidate will act as a positive role model, assisting the young girl with her studies, reading, and language development, particularly in Russian. The nanny will also organise engaging and educational activities, accompany the child on walks and outings, and cook simple, healthy meals for her. The family employs a full-time housekeeper, so this position focuses entirely on childcare and the child’s holistic growth. The nanny will also travel with the family to Latvia during the summer months (July and August). Flight tickets to the UAE are provided by the family. The family also provides visa support.

• Providing attentive and nurturing childcare for a seven-year‑old girl.
• Assisting with reading, homework, and overall academic support.
• Teaching and developing Russian language skills through engaging activities.
• Planning age‑appropriate educational and leisure activities.
• Cooking simple, nutritious meals for the child and occasionally for the family.
• Accompanying the child on walks, outings, and extracurricular activities.
• Travelling with the family to Latvia during the summer holidays.
• Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment at all times.

• Three or more years of private nanny experience.
• Two excellent checkable references.
• Pedagogical education.
• Fluent Russian. English and French are a bonus.
