We are specifically looking for a candidate who is already based in Dubai, UAE.Domestic and international travel may sometimes be expected.
Taylor & Francis are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our EMENA Marketing Team. This role will work closely both with colleagues in MENA and our wider regional and global marketing teams to drive the growth of our business in the region, with a particular focus on increasing journal article submissions from academic researchers.
This is an exciting challenge working in a key growth area for our business. You will be required to contribute to implementing our B2C marketing strategies for MENA, ensuring our marketing effectively reaches both our existing customers and new audiences. You will lead the planning, execution, and management of regional special events and conferences as well as managing any pre-, mid-, and post-event marketing communications and promotions. You will work closely with our Commercial teams and established partners in the region to improve our marketing outputs and ensure we’re taking advantage of every opportunity to reach our target audience. You will become a key member in our growing MENA team – reporting both on planned campaigns and the impact of marketing and event activities.
We are looking for someone who can contribute to marketing and events planning and delivery within the MENA region to maximize revenue and customer engagement based on commercial priorities and business opportunities. This includes reporting on the full range of evidence-based digital marketing activities as well as on the ground events, working with colleagues from our Commercial team and the wider EMENA Marketing group to ensure our marketing strategy is aligned to growth opportunities.
You will demonstrate an understanding of our customers and competition to inform marketing plans and make commercially driven decisions, working closely with internal stakeholders to contribute to team and departmental objectives, as required.
This role also plays a key part in driving demand for our researcher engagement activities, collaborating closely with Commercial teams and the MENA Marketing Manager to optimize the customer experience and maximize engagement with potential customers.

We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our Dubai office to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office location to collaborate as required.
