A hospitality provider in Dubai is looking for a Front Office professional for the role of Bell Captain. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, ensuring guests feel welcomed and attended to during their stay. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in hospitality, possess strong communication skills, and have experience with the Opera guest profile system. The Bell Captain will supervise staff and maintain a positive relationship with all team members.
