A leading construction firm in Sharjah is seeking a Project Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Design and 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE. The role involves establishing project budgets, schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization tools is essential. Candidates must also have strong communication skills and be fluent in Arabic.
Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in a comparable Project Manager role in UAE.
- Proficient in construction software including AutoCAD or Revit.
- Experience as a task supervisor or equivalent (3+ years).
- Language: Arabic (Required).
Responsibilities
- Establish annual maintenance budget/project.
- Apply tasks from beginning to completion.
- Define job scope, budget, and schedule.
- Prepare architectural/shop drawings.
- Assist procurement with pre-qualification procedures.
