Job summary

A leading investment firm is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support the IT project team in planning, coordination, and execution of projects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers with tracking timelines, prepare documentation, and coordinate with teams and stakeholders. A proactive individual with 3–5 years of experience in project support is preferred. This role requires proficiency in project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, located in Dubai Investments Park.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably in IT.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for project activities.
