Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a comparable Project Manager role in UAE.
• Proficient in construction software including AutoCAD or Revit.
• Experience as a task supervisor or equivalent (3+ years).
• Language: Arabic (Required).

Responsibilities

• Establish annual maintenance budget/project.
• Apply tasks from beginning to completion.
• Define job scope, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare architectural/shop drawings.
• Assist procurement with pre-qualification procedures.
