Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the on-ground execution of our ultra-luxury developments ensuring precision, quality, and excellence at every stage of delivery.

• Manage full-scale project delivery, monitoring progress, cost, quality, and safety performance from mobilization to handover.
• Drive coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve site issues swiftly and maintain project momentum.
• Conduct regular site inspections and technical reviews to ensure adherence to approved design specifications, materials, and workmanship standards.
• Oversee project reporting, risk management, and change control processes, ensuring transparency, control, and alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, sustainability, and regulatory requirements across all project stages.
• Lead construction sequencing, resourcing, and progress tracking, ensuring timely achievement of milestones.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to safeguard design integrity.
• Manage variation orders, claims, and contractual documentation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level project progress reports highlighting key risks, challenges, and delivery performance metrics.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 8–12 years of experience managing high-end residential or mixed-use construction and delivery projects in the UAE.
• Proven track record of delivering luxury villas, mansions, or large-scale developments from construction through to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, MEP coordination, and finishing standards.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD; PMP certification is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a passion for precision and quality.
