Job summary

A leading project management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in the UAE, and a proven track record in master and urban planning. You will be responsible for managing complex projects from concept to delivery while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time position, with no remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Proven track record in master planning, urban planning, and infrastructure delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Master Plan guidelines and local authority procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate master plan modifications and infrastructure development initiatives.
• Assess the impact of planning changes on approved parameters.
• Ensure compliance with Development Control Regulations and plot guidelines.
• Oversee consultant submissions and ensure alignment with authority requirements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement including clients, consultants, and government entities.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear actionable updates.
• Maintain financial oversight including payment approvals and budget tracking.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in master planning urban development and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dubais planning regulations authority approval processes and the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate master plan modifications and infrastructure development initiatives.
• Assess the impact of planning changes on approved parameters including GFA population and traffic studies (TIS).
• Ensure compliance with Development Control Regulations (DCR) and plot guidelines.
• Oversee consultant submissions and ensure alignment with authority requirements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement including clients consultants and government entities.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear actionable updates.
• Maintain financial oversight including payment approvals and budget tracking.
