Electrical BIM Modeler: Lead Coordinated Design in Revit
Job summary
A leading engineering consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking a BIM Modeler for electrical systems. The role involves developing detailed models, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating with other design teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in BIM modeling in the UAE, proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, and familiarity with local regulations. Immediate availability is preferred for this position.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of BIM modeling experience in design consultancy firms within the UAE/GCC.
- Proven experience in working on prestigious UAE projects (e.g. high-rise towers, airports).
- Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for electrical systems.
- Prepare construction-ready drawings and schedules.
- Participate in coordination meetings and assist in clash detection.
