A leading energy company in the UAE is seeking an experienced HR, Admin & PRO professional to oversee human resources, manage administrative operations, and ensure compliance with local labour laws. The role involves onboarding, training, public relations with government authorities, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Al Jomaih Energy & Water (AEW) headquartered in Saudi Arabia, is a fast‑growing investor, lead developer, and operator of utility and infrastructure projects in various geographical markets such as KSA, GCC, Asia & North Africa. The company has investments in 6 GW of conventional and solar power plants and around 700,000 m³/day of water.
AEW was established in 2007 as a subsidiary of Al Jomaih Holding Company, a leading Saudi conglomerate with a legacy spanning over 80 years. Its mission is to tackle new technologies, solve complex problems, and leverage its expertise to unlock opportunities in the Power, Renewables & Water sectors while driving impact for stakeholders across the value chain.
This greenfield 2,400 MW CCGT project will be constructed with ancillary equipment, associated infrastructure and facilities. The plant will be located inland approximately 50 km north‑east of the city of Abu Dhabi, with the site about 40 km from Abu Dhabi city.
Duration: approximately 30 months.
