Job summary
A leading engineering consulting firm is seeking a Civil Engineer with extensive experience and local knowledge for infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering along with 15 years of relevant project experience. Responsibilities include coordinating design projects, managing emergency works, and liaising with local authorities. Strong computer skills and a valid UAE driving license are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- 15 years of project-related relevant experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local sewerage, drainage, and irrigation.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
Responsibilities
- Develop design sketches and follow up on NOCs.
- Coordinate with Dubai Municipality projects.
- Respond to emergency works across Dubai.

He must have work experience in design, construction, and supervision of house connections, miscellaneous work, and road work.
- Responsibility for all development of design sketches and following up NOCs.
- He must also have complete knowledge of existing sewerage, drainage, and irrigation networks in the Emirates of Dubai.
- He must also have a thorough knowledge and work experience in dealing with emergency works.
- He must know all areas in the emirates of Dubai and be able to locate and reach the areas immediately in case of any emergency works.
- He must be able to deal with the Public and coordinate with various Dubai Municipality Projects.
- Strong computer skills in Drafting Programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Primavera, Sewer Gems, InfoWorks ICM etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Capacity to make a decision.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
He shall have a Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university and 15 years of Project-related relevant experience.
