Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years experience working on multi-million-dollar construction projects.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute a range of contracts.
• Manage non-disclosure agreements, sales and purchasing contracts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on contractual matters.
• Develop and implement contract management and administration procedures.
• Monitor contract compliance related to milestones and deliverables.
