We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange.

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from concept to execution. In this position, you’ll craft top-notch workflows tailored for advanced retail traders, ensuring a seamless experience across mobile and web platforms. You’ll drive multi-channel integration, implement event tracking, and design dashboards to deliver actionable insights, while overseeing a dynamic retail product suite featuring trading, bots, staking, and more. Leading feature development with clear specifications, you’ll guide teams, co-manage the roadmap, and collaborate closely with delivery and engineering experts to bring ideas to life. Through user studies and partnerships with Marketing, Growth, and CRM, you’ll refine products and boost adoption, making a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure multi-channel integration across mobile app and website experiences.
• Implement event tracking and design dashboards for analytics and product insights.
• Manage a retail product suite including trading, bots, staking, and more.
• Lead feature definition with detailed specs and guide feature teams.
• Co-manage the roadmap and collaborate with delivery and engineering teams.
• Conduct user studies and work with Marketing, Growth, and CRM for product adoption.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• 4+ years of product management experience in crypto trading, DEX, or web3.
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for user-focused products.
• Proven success in launching and refining scalable software or financial products.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with APIs and a keen ability to learn technical concepts.
• A positive approach to working with Designers, Engineers, QA, and other stakeholders.
