Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator with 5 years of experience in the contracting company. The ideal candidate will support project execution by coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and design teams
• Track project progress, update reports, and handle documentation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth communication
• Monitor material delivery, manpower allocation, and site logistics
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a contracting company
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
• Familiar with construction drawings, BOQ's, and site coordination
