Job summary
A leading offshore engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to lead FEED and detailed engineering for offshore projects. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience with EPCI engineering companies in the Oil & Gas sector. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in FEED, detail engineering on Oil & Gas offshore projects.
- Experience with EPCI engineering companies is essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute FEED and detailed engineering for offshore EPC/EPCI projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Support project execution by collaborating with procurement, fabrication, and construction teams.
- Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments to optimize project performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Education
We are seeking highly skilled Electrical Engineers with extensive experience in EPCI Oil & Gas Offshore Projects involving FEED and Detailed Engineering. Ideal candidates should have a strong background working with major EPCI contractors.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Support project execution by collaborating with procurement, fabrication, and construction teams.
- Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments to optimize project performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in FEED, detail engineering on Oil & Gas offshore projects.
- Previous experience with EPCI engineering companies is essential.
