Job summary

A leading energy solutions provider in Dubai is looking for a sales professional to enhance their energy vertical. You will be responsible for creating customer awareness, developing business strategies, and managing a healthy sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in MEP supply, a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, and proficiency in lighting design software, MS Office, and AutoCAD. Immediate joiners preferred.

• 3-5 years of sales experience in MEP supply.
• Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle.
• Availability to join immediately or within a maximum 30-day notice.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Creating customer awareness of Sharaf DG Energy vertical in Dubai market
• Create a business development plan for the financial year and align sales targets, segment timelines, and projects to the extent possible.
• Ensure a healthy client base and sales pipeline in the assigned segment in Abu Dhabi.
• Work independently across the entire stages of energy projects: lead generation, BOQ preparation, manufacturer/product selection, commercial proposal, negotiation, submittals, and closure.
• Map the weekly, monthly & quarterly sales plan and report it to the line manager on a regular basis.
• Perform market and competition analysis.
• Maintain a good relationship with potential clients and partner brands.
• Perform Energy Audit for lighting retrofit projects.
• Submit bids and respond in a timely manner to RFP enquiries.
• Attend marketing events related to the line of business.
