In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving recruitment initiatives, and delivering tailored HR solutions that meet our clients’ talent acquisition needs. - Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client hiring targets and expand business opportunities.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver customized talent acquisition solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Monitor recruitment progress, provide regular updates to clients, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within recruitment or human resources services.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and meet or exceed sales and service targets.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
