We are hiring a Marketing Director to join a leading digital consultancy in their Dubai office. This is a key senior role focused entirely on internal marketing. You will be responsible for building the consultancy’s brand and presence across the UAE and wider EMEA region.

  • This is not a traditional agency marketing position. You will not be working on behalf of clients. Instead, you will be driving the firm’s own growth story – telling it to the world, building awareness, and generating inbound interest.
  • The successful applicant will work directly with the leadership team and manage a small but growing team of marketers. This is a hands‑on position suited to someone who loves both strategy and execution.
  • This role could suit a strong Senior Marketing Manager that's ready to take a step up in seniority. Ideal profile would be someone from an in‑house Tech, or Agency background.

As Marketing Director, you will own all marketing efforts across the EMEA region, reporting into the global leadership team. You will create and execute strategies that drive pipeline, raise awareness, and support business development in key markets.
