A leading Dubai-based developer is seeking a Document Controller for their new Energy Division. The role involves managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and aiding project efficiency. Ideal candidates should have 4-5 years' experience, preferably in energy, utilities, or construction sectors, and proficiency in document control systems. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of project documentation and supporting audits.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
- Preferably from Energy, Utilities, Construction, EPC, or Industrial projects.
- Training or certification in Document Management Systems or Quality Systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish document control processes for energy projects.
- Manage incoming/outgoing project documentation.
- Ensure document version control and filing compliance.
- Track document submissions and approvals for accuracy.
- Support audits by ensuring documentation completeness.
