Project Manager
As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Global Health Care Solutions L.L.C. is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are currently looking for a “Project Manager”; this position combines project management and service delivery management skills to manage an array of projects spanning integration initiatives, regulatory compliance programs (ADHICS, SOC2 certification, ISO standards), and portal enhancements. The role owns the translation of business objectives and regulatory requirements into solutions that drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and improve customer experience across multiple markets, while coordinating across business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to keep initiatives aligned and on track.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage a diverse array of initiatives
- Digital transformation and automation projects across core operational workflows.
- Key account roadmap execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Regulatory compliance programs and certifications (such as ADHICS, SOC2, and ISO standards) that ensure organizational adherence to industry requirements.
- Implementation of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled process enhancements, to drive efficiency and support scalability.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk logs, and business cases with defined success metrics for post-implementation evaluation.
- Business Requirement Documentation
- Facilitate structured requirements-gathering workshops with key stakeholders across business units, technology teams, and leadership to identify business objectives, operational needs, and regulatory requirements (ADHICS, SOC2, ISO standards), translating findings into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), and comprehensive Use Cases.
- Partner with IT application specialists and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into solution design, and implementation roadmaps, maintaining alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Document and define project success criteria, operational KPIs, and acceptance criteria that align with business outcomes and regulatory compliance standards.
- Digital Enablement & Process Improvement
- Conduct discovery and feasibility analysis to identify opportunities for implementing emerging technologies and process innovations that support organizational objectives, drive continuous operational improvements, enhance compliance capabilities, and enable predictive analytics across multi-market operations.
- Collaborate with data teams, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to design and develop intelligent automation solutions that drive operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and support regulatory compliance across core workflows.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration, economics or a similar qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic would be an advantage.
- PMP certification and/or Six sigma green belt would be a plus.
Minimum Experience:
- Insurance industry PM experience (4+ years).
- Proven delivery in integrations, regulatory/compliance (ADHICS, SOC 2, ISO), process improvements, and portal enhancements.
- Strong governance: scope/plan/critical path, risk/issue/change control, stakeholder comms; delivery to time/quality/cost.
- Tools: Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project; advanced PowerPoint/Excel; fluent business English.
- Ability to partner with Risk/Compliance and Commercial; experience applying AI tools to PM deliverables.
- Good knowledge and experience in project management tools and methodologies, Business requirement documentation, and process re-engineering.
- Ideally, the candidate has been exposed to AI implementation projects.
