Job summary
A leading hospitality brand in Dubai is seeking a motivated individual to ensure optimum service in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, will prioritize guest satisfaction, and will assist in hiring and training staff. The role involves various responsibilities, including oversight of staff grooming, completion of opening and closing duties, and promoting a safe work environment. Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure staff is working together as a team to optimize service.
