A leading retail company in Dubai is seeking a Merchandiser Team Leader responsible for supervising and guiding a team of merchandisers. This role ensures effective product display, stock availability, and compliance with merchandising standards. Ideal candidates must have at least 2-4 years of experience in FMCG or retail, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of merchandising experience in FMCG or retail.
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory/team leader role.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising standards.
Responsabilités
- Supervises, guides, and mentors a team of merchandisers.
- Conducts regular field visits to audit display quality.
- Prepares reports on merchandising performance and KPIs.
