The successful candidate will manage invoicing via SAP, organize vehicle movements, and coordinate with internal teams. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or coordination.
• Previous experience in a similar role within sales or administration.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle invoicing accurately via SAP.
• Manage motorcycle movements between warehouses and service centers.
• Prepare and maintain reports on stock and monthly invoices using SAP.
• Organize and manage the demonstrator fleet of vehicles.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless showroom administration.
• Issue gate passes and coordinate with aftersales to prevent delays.
• Oversee showroom vehicle display and registration processes.
• Ensure quality checks and safekeeping of vehicles prior to handover.
• Comply with QHSE guidelines and participate in safety training.
