Job summary
A leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced professional to join their Investment Banking Group. The role involves managing asset and export finance transactions and developing tailored financing solutions for clients. Candidates should possess extensive experience in investment banking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high ethical standards. This is a full-time, on-site role with a focus on client relationship management and market trend analysis.

Education
The role holder is responsible for actively participating in all aspects of transaction execution in areas of Asset and Export Finances in within an Investment Banking Group (IBG) typically plays a key role in structuring and executing financing solutions for clients strategy. The role holder is also responsible for collaborating with other Client Service and Product teams to ensure superior service for the clients.
- Identify and evaluate potential asset and export finance opportunities.
- Develop and structure complex financing solutions for a variety of assets including aircraft ships infrastructure and industrial equipment.
- Work closely with clients to understand their financing needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead the execution of financing transactions including due diligence credit analysis and preparation of credit proposals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients counterparties and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external legal compliance and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business and financial objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients on financing strategies and market conditions.
- Monitor market trends and developments in asset and export finance.
- Analyze the impact of economic regulatory and market changes on clients and the banks portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the asset and export finance business.
- Mentor and develop junior team members providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank including risk management treasury and product specialists.
- Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and manage risks associated with financing transactions.

- Bachelors degree in finance economics business or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Extensive experience in asset and export finance within an investment banking or financial services environment.
- Strong financial modeling analytical and problem-solving skills.
