Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Dubai seeks a Project Engineer to oversee project execution and manage site activities. Responsibilities include reviewing contract documents, obtaining material approvals, directing site supervisors, and ensuring timely project completion. Candidates must have an engineering degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong English skills and project planning knowledge are essential. Benefits are in accordance with UAE Labor Law.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant project experience.
- Knowledge of project planning and timely execution.
- Experience handling a site team and coordination with office and site.
Responsibilities
- Review contract documents and prepare a program of activities as per project requirements.
- Obtain material and drawing approval and order approved quantities for procurement.
- Prepare and obtain method statement material approval.
- Direct and control site supervisors and labors for timely completion.
- Prepare invoice and obtain payment certificates based on work progress.
- Obtain relevant authority approval and submit all close out documents.
