• Handle inbound calls, emails, and service requests from clients regarding maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repairs). • Log and manage service jobs through the company’s job management system. • Schedule and coordinate service appointments with clients • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and resolve any further concerns. • Track open jobs and ensure timely updates and closures. • Liaise with internal departments and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery. • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. • Provide quotations or estimates when required, in coordination with the operations team. • Assist in handling customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a maintenance, facilities, or property services environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and job management • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Knowledge of maintenance terminology and basic understanding of trade services. • Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented industry
