Chat Operator (Indian Nationals Only)

We are currently seeking Indian nationals to join our team as Chat Operators for a contract position in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through online chat services. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking for a job that does not require English proficiency, as long as you are fluent in your native language.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have experience in customer service or online communication and must be able to work under pressure. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat services
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting customers
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalateto the appropriate team if necessary
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet daily targets set by management

Requirements:

• Must be an Indian national with valid work permit in UAE
• Previous experience in customer service or online communication preferred
• Fluent in Hindi and/or other Indian languages
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
