Job summary

A leading banking institution in Dubai seeks a Relationship Officer responsible for acquiring new customers and managing banking relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and at least 1 year of banking experience. Responsibilities include promoting banking products and achieving sales targets. Competitive salary with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in banking (India or UAE).
  • Experience in sales of financial products will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of basic banking operations, KYC and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers through direct sales, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards and personal loans.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand financial needs.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the bank.
