What You’ll Do

• Lead brand strategy, positioning, and tone of voice
• Oversee visual identity systems and brand governance
• Align messaging across digital, print, and social platforms
• Manage rebranding campaigns and creative direction
• Leverage AI tools to enhance brand and design workflows

Must-Haves

• 6–10 years in brand strategy, creative direction, or communications
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic and creative work
• Managerial experience leading creative teams
• Experience working in or with the public sector, semi-government entities, or national initiatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
• Availability for ad hoc support outside business hours
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in branding/design
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related major
