An exciting opportunity is available for a creative and detailoriented Marketing Coordinator to join a leading international academy for culinary arts and hospitality training in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the academy s marketing initiatives with a strong focus on content creation, visual storytelling and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Visual Media
- Plan shoot and edit highquality videos and photos for marketing and communication purposes.
- Produce engaging visual content for use across digital platforms including social media email campaigns and the website.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visual media.
Marketing Coordination
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and events to promote the academy s programs and activities.
- Coordinate with design production and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements where necessary.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Manage content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms.
- Monitor online engagement and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support in growing brand presence and engagement through creative digital strategies.
Administrative & Team Support
- Maintain the marketing asset library ensuring all files are organized and up to date.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Assist with internal communications and event documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or content creation role.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom).
- Handson experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and studio lighting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Later Buffer).
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
