Overview

OKX is looking for a Social Media Content Manager to join our growing MENA Growth Marketing team. This role is focused on building and scaling OKX’s social presence across the region through high-quality, social-first content.

The candidate must be bilingual (Arabic & English) content specialist with experience managing social channels from either a brand-side or agency environment. You will play a key role in shaping OKX’s voice across social platforms and driving awareness, engagement, and relevance in the MENA market.

Key Responsibilities
Social Content Strategy & Execution
  • Own and execute monthly always-on content plans and campaign-led activations across social platforms.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Paid Media teams to support brand awareness and performance-driven content.
  • Develop and maintain structured content calendars, ensuring timely publishing and consistency.
  • Ensure content aligns with OKX’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and regional relevance.
Content Creation & Platform Management
  • Create and oversee platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, X and other relevant channels.
  • Act as an in-office content creator (EGC) — capturing behind-the-scenes, cultural, and reactive moments.
  • Write and edit high-quality copy in both Arabic and English.
  • Stay up to date with social trends, formats, and platform best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, or production partners, where applicable.
  • Clearly brief agencies or internal stakeholders on creative requirements and timelines.
  • Review and approve content assets, providing clear and constructive feedback to maintain quality and consistency.
Reporting & Optimization
  • Monitor content performance and contribute to bi-weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Analyze insights and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously optimize content based on learnings, trends, and audience behavior.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media content management, gained in either a brand-side or agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing multi-platform social content for consumer, tech, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience within crypto, fintech, or financial services is a strong advantage but not required.
Languages
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) — mandatory.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of social-first and platform-native content.
  • Hands‑on experience as a content creator (short‑form video, reels, TikTok‑style, EGC).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong project and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using content management, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Sprout, Brandwatch, native platform analytics, Trello, or similar).
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
