Job Summary

The Account Manager will act as the primary client servicing lead, ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations while maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves coordinating between clients and internal creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and ongoing client satisfaction is maintained.
  • Control and guarantee that all agency output is of consistent quality.
  • Assist the Account Director and contribute to the strategy development process to deliver effective advertising solutions.
  • Analyze and present competitive reports and budget reviews to senior agency personnel and clients on a monthly basis.
  • Contribute to the strategic development process.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and agency personnel at both operational and strategic levels to ensure smooth account management.
  • Provide strategic input to support the development of new business growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Not less than 3–4 years of experience in client servicing or account management within a creative or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of creative agency workflows and project management processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Good exposure to timelines, scopes of work, and basic budget follow-up.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven agency environment.
