A medical aesthetics center in Dubai is seeking a qualified nurse to assist in non-surgical facial treatments. The role requires 1-4 years of nursing experience, a valid nursing license, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include preparing treatment environments, administering injectable treatments, and educating clients. This position emphasizes teamwork and professional development in a high-end medical setting.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of nursing experience, especially in aesthetics or dermatology.
- Experience in non-surgical facial treatments or willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical records.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering non-surgical facial treatments and procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a sterile environment.
- Administer injectable treatments under physician supervision.
Skills
Education
- Assist physicians in delivering non-surgical facial treatments and procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all procedures.
- Administer injectable treatments, such as dermal fillers and neuromodulators, under physician supervision.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-procedure care, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Monitor clients during and after treatments, promptly identifying and responding to any adverse reactions or complications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting treatments, observations, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control, safety, and client confidentiality at all times.
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 4 years of nursing experience, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or a related medical field.
- Valid nursing license and registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated experience with non-surgical facial treatments or willingness to undergo specialized training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
